While other children were playing tag and hide and seek, James was playing “Ed Sullivan” show.  James would always be imitating different artists of that era such as Ricky Nelson, The Honeycombs and Elvis.

James began his musical career with two gifts.  The first was his “Silvertone” guitar from one uncle and guitar lessons from another uncle.  He soon realized that  entertaining  was what he wanted to do with his life, resulting in a number of folk, pop and rock bands.

James caught the Karaoke wave and after buying a sound system he launched his  own business , B-Sharpe Renditions with the motto “You are the Entertainment.”

During one of James’ shows he heard Tony Cipro sing and invited him to preform a duet.  A friendship was established and over the years a mutual respect for each other was formed  resulting in James joining Xtreme Entertainers as Neil Diamond.

Why does James love to sing?  He just quotes his favourite Neil Diamond verse which holds so true to his heart: “Funny thing you can sing it with a cry in your voice.  And before you know it, you get to feeling good, you simply got no choice.”
